Echoes of The Tides

Titled “Echoes of the Tides,” this exhibition will examine the intersection between humans and nature through water sports. The act of exercising water sports made an interesting subject for photography, as it presents nature, movement, and ecological consciousness. Water sports come in different forms; one-man activities such as swimming, surfing, jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking and stand up paddling, and group activities such as dragon boating, rowing, synchronized swimming, and rafting. While these various disciplines of water sports offer different sensations, they are all united by a profound intimacy between humans and the ocean.
